My Approach
No two projects are the same. I use proven project management practises to develop an implementation plan to deliver the best outcome for each project.
I take the project plan which usually includes product specifications, project team, cost breakdown, risks and expected deliverables for your approval. Once signed off, we formally begin working on the project.
Our team analyses product features and identifies the best approach i.e. deciding whether to use prebuilt software integrations or build from scratch to achieve desired result. We also work on the low fidelity prototype to visualise a pre-design version of the product.
Requirements Gathering
This phase involves few to several informal meetings to understand project scope and gather client requirements such as product specification, references etc. I take the details from this conversation to build a project plan and potentially a project team.

During the first quarter of this phase, we work in collaboration with clients to get low fidelity prototype approval. Our team of UI Designers then start working on the formal product design whilst taking feedback from developers to achieve the best results.
The development team uses both manual testing procedures and tools to verify if product does not contain any bugs and it meets customer requirements. We maintain a test log for your and our record.
We migrate the software from build environment into production. During this phase we carry out second round of testing to ensure the code is compatible with production environment and functions with no issues. Once the product is deployed successfully, we hand over the files and Intellectual property rights, closing the project successfully.

Maintenance
Maintenance, usually bundled with our development service, involves fixing bugs, minor changes and monitor overall system performance. This allows us to identify areas for improvement to improve the overall user experience.

During this phase, Our development team codes the product(s) and integrates any pre-built software's as required by the use case. This phase also involves segmental testing, where the team uses tools or manual testing to test completed features. Once tested, the team approves initial testing of the feature and moves to develop the next in line segment.
